Trading card products may include randomized items (such as booster packs or mystery products). We do not guarantee specific cards, pulls, rarities, or values.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept approved payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We are not responsible for additional fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are items purchased before their official release date. Release dates are estimates and subject to change.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that delays may occur and agree that pre-orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Due to the collectible and sealed nature of trading card products:

Opened or unsealed products are not eligible for return or refund.
Sealed products may only be returned if received damaged or incorrect.

Any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in account suspension or banning from future purchases.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we believe to be fraudulent or unjustified.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Attempt to exploit, abuse, or interfere with the Site or its systems
Engage in fraudulent purchasing activity
